How will you be sending the order?

The packages will be send through the Belgian Postal system.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

We send out the order as soon as the money transfer has been done. In a perfect world the package will arrive the day after payment but with the Belgian Postal services this can take just a little bit longer :). So normally it will take about 10 days between payment and delivery

Do you also deliver outside of Belgium?

Sure! If you live in Europa you fill in the orderform. If you live outside Europe, please fill in the contactform and we will get back to you asap.

I have made a mistake in my order. Can I still change that?

You can send an email to info@beglium.be. We can not garantee that the change can still be modified because we strive to send our packages as fast as possible.

It's been more than 10 days since I've ordered and my package still hasn't arrived. What should I do?

We apologize in advance. To know the reason of the delay, please send an email to info@beglium.be

Which sizes are available?

Our t-shirts are available in S, M, L, XL en XXL.

Which type of t-shirts are you using?

We only use high quality t-shirts of 190 gr.

I have made a design for a t-shirt myself. Can I send it to you?

Of course! Send this to info@beglium.be. If we pick your design you will receive the first copy of it AND you can choose 3 other shirts from our collection FOR FREE.

RETURN TO SENDER

Can I return my order?

That depends. Our shirts will be send in a correct way. If the t-shirt gets damaged during the transport, please take a picture of the package and contact us. We will send you a new one without costs.

Can I get my money back if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Unfortunatly this is not possible. The quality of our products is very important to us. Everything is checked before transport. If you have specific questions about our products, you can send them to info@beglium.be. We will be glad to assist you!
